You as the client or potential client are not to discuss or disseminate our documents nor business practices or produce our documents and correspondence to any third party in a way "WE" have not intended nor given you prior written approval to do so.All Correspondence, Electronic and Physical Documents produced by us are classed as "Commercial-In-Confidence" due to electronic agreeance + acknowledged and / or signed contracts by our clients covers this "Privacy Policy". 2) DEFAMATION - SOCIAL MEDIA - PUBLIC DISCUSSION.Entering into a Contract by "Payment of Deposit", "Agreement of Confirmation", to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy or signing any of our Legal "Contractual Agreements" to Agree, “You Declare You Will Not” discuss or disseminate by using, allowing or instruct another person to use, Social Media or to Verbally divulge our Verbal Conversations or Instructions, Social Media Posts or Messages, or Mobile Phone Conversations, Company Business Practices or Contractual Arrangements in any Verbal Discussions or Written Form that may publicise our Business Practices or Damage Our Reputation. Any breach of this Privacy Policy is a "Major Contractual Breach" of the "Contract Agreement" you signed agreeing to. This will result in the Company using and retaining information from the GPS Device from time to time. If you do not consent, or you withdraw your consent, you will not be able to continue with the rental services. The Company may, where You are in Breach of Your Hire Agreement or we believe you are attempting to Breach Your Hire Agreement Obligations, we may, to stop additional cost to us in your ACT of Breach and after considering any and all legislative requirements, use the installed GPS Device to Track, Follow, Find or Immobilise our Vehicle. By hiring and / or leasing a CHEAPaWAY Vehicle, you expressly consent to this and waiver all rights to privacy in regard to the Use, Route and / or Location of our vehicles at all times during the Contracted Hire Period or until our vehicle is returned to us.
5) Phone Conversation, Social Media Messaging Platforms and RecordingWhen you contact us by Mobile, Landline Phones or Conversation Platform including but not limited to social media or apps our conversation both sent and received are recorded for business performance and management quality assurance and is to record pricing given, quotes and instructions. By you contacting us you agree for us to record our conversation and use them as required under our privacy policy.When you contact us via Social Media Platforms all transcripts are recorded and used for business performance and management quality assurance. By you contacting us you agree for us to use these transcripts as required for advertising and quality assurance.
6) Video and Audio Surveillance | Bodycam Recordings | Dashcam RecordingsOur staff will be wearing video recording devices on their person to record the complete hire process and the condition report of the hired equipment for a visual and audible record and when the hirer is signing a Legal Contractual Agreement. Our vehicles or equipment may be fitted with a dashcam recorder for insurance purposes. It is a Major Breach of contract if you tamper with or remove or turn of such dashcam devices during your hire period. You and anyone that attends our property will be recorded. It is also for the safety of our staff and the protection of our clients to verify discussion, process and actions for both insurance requirements and legal reasons when conducting Hire Agreements and Contracts. There will also be other security surveillance cameras around the property recording at all times whilst you attend our location. The footage is held on secure cloud storage and is routinely deleted by our staff generally after 12 months. If you agree to our terms and condition and Privacy policy prior to attending, you are aware and agree to being recorded. If you do not agree, no hire can take place. 8) Abuse = Zero Tolerance Policy
* ABUSE = ZERO TOLERANCE to Verbal and Physical Abuse - Due to the current demanding and stressful covid times there has been an increase of verbal and physical abuse to our staff that will no longer be tolerated. You as a client expect to be treated with respect and dignity without abusive or aggressive behaviour as do our staff. If you do not follow direction either verbal or written and dont read something, make a mistake, are late returning hire equipment, or you break, damage or lose something = "OWN IT".... be mad at yourself after you leave, do not take it out on our staff at our yard or on the phone. By entering into this written contract by making a “Booking Deposit Payment” or signing the “Rental Hire Agreement Contract” you agree you're are aware of this Policy and if you become abusive, aggressive and or disrespectful or raise your voice where our staff feel uncomfortable in any way, you are in "Major Breach of Contract". As per our "Privacy Policy" webpage all phone conversations are recorded and our yard has CCTV recording 24/7 and our staff may wear body cameras within this Policy page. www.cheapaway.com.au/privacy-policyYOU and anyone with you will be told to leave the property immediately and if necessary QPS will be called.Normal "Client Cancellation Policies" will apply to booking clients and take affect where your booking will be cancelled, your hire fees will be forfeited from you bond and the remainder refunded back to you. For clients after Hire Return of equipment becoming abusive or aggressive will simply lose your bond entirely for "Major Breach of Contract".
