Trailer Hire T&C's:
If you would like a quote or to book any of our services please call or message us first so that we can check availability of the date and what you require to give you the best price and options for your move to meet your budget and you can then book the trailer straight away if its available on your required dates.
* TRAILER HIRE fee will be: HIRE FEE + BOND = ?????Trailer Hire Fees and Bond are all paid in CASH and the bond of $200 for 1-2 days hire, $500 for 3 or more days hire or interstate travel, and is fully refunded* when equipment is returned on due date and time, clean and undamaged*.
* "TRAILER HIRE" - on the day of "Hire" you will pay "Hire Fees" plus the "Hire Bond" all in cash. Then the "HIRE Contract" is signed by you and you will be given a copy of the signed contract at the time of pickup or delivery of the Hired Equipment.
* ID - DRIVERS LICENCE and CREDIT (or DEBIT) CARD are mandatory for hire contract and both physical cards and the owners of both cards must be present to sign at commencement of hiring trailers. Clear proof of idenity and current QLD residential address must be established before the hire can take place. This is for the safety and security of our staff when you attend our address to hire the trailers, it is also required for the 100 points of ID with a credit or debit card for the trailer "Hire Contract".

* ID - DRIVERS LICENCE is mandatory for "DINGO DRY Hire Contract" ID. Clear proof of idenity and current QLD residential address must be established before the hire can take place. In the case for delivery it is to give our employees authority to enter your premises or job site and under your direction to deliver and collect equipment on your behalf under the hire contract agreement as required. The owner of the DL must be present to sign the contract and at time of commencement of the hire period. A credit card (no debit cards) will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing and the owner of the credit card must sign debt authority.
* DAMAGES, LOSSES AND INJURIES - YOU as the hirer are fully responsible for all damages to hired equipment, property, services and any injuries that occur during the hire period. You must inspect site plans and contact "dial before you dig" before you attempt any excavation of the job site for service overhead and below ground. All manuals and instructional videos are located at the bottom of our "DINGO DRY HIRE" page for you to become competent with general basic operation of the DINGO and it is your responsibility to read and view them prior to attempting any operation or work with you operating the DINGO digger. YOU the Hirer are responsible for ensuring safe operation at all times of the DINGO and hired equipment and maintaining a safe worksite under state regulations at all times whilst under the Hire Contract Agreement.

This website is the master site for costing of fees and charges, other ads prices may differ but this site costing overrules other ads and sites. Fees and charge can change without notice. A credit card (no debit cards) will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing to debit to pay for any tolls or fines, all damages and losses of equipment up to replacement cost of equipment and any refuelling of equipment found at the end of the hire period and up to 120 days after hire period incurred by the hirer during the hire period as per the hire agreement. Credit Card transaction incur a 3.6% credit card fee on the total amount charged.
* PAYMENT for Hired Equipment and / or Services - As the hirer, you understand payment is to be made in full at the time of commencement of hiring the equipment. Payment including BOND must be paid in full before the hire contract can commence and before you leave the depot when picking up CHEAPaWAY Employees leave the delivery address. All costs of damages and losses are to be paid in full or arrangements made with management before you leave the depot pickup address or the CHEAPaWAY Employees can leave the delivery address. Payments is to be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD DEBIT ONLY. NO CHEQUES or DIRECT DEBIT is permitted on the day unless by prior arrangements with management.
* DELIVERY TRAVEL CHARGES - I the hirer understand that the delivery costs are calculated at the general DINGO with operator charges of $80/hr including travel and that the delivery DINGO Operator is contracted and hired from YARD TO YARD / DEPOT TO DEPOT, (term – "Including Travel" / "Plus Travel") and that the start and finish time of the delivery vehicle leaves the company yard to the time the it returns to the company yard at Peak Crossing QLD 4306 for the purpose of “delivery travel time” for payment of fees and charges at time of signing the relevant contract. The travel costs on the "DINGO DRY HIRE" page are an estimate and for your cost planning purposes only and a delivery quote will be given to you at time of booking.

* ID - DRIVERS LICENCE is mandatory for Truck Hire Contracts and the owner of the DL must be present to sign the contract and at time and commencement of hire. Clear proof of identity and current residential address must be established before the hire can take place. This is for the safety and security of our staff attending your address to move you, and it is also required for the 100 points of ID for the equipment "Hire Contract". A credit card (no debit cards) will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing and the owner of the credit card must sign debt authority.
* DAMAGES, LOSSES AND INJURIES (Dry hire) - YOU as the hirer are fully responsible for all damages to hired equipment, property, services and any injuries that occur during the hire period. You must inspect both pickup and drop-off locations before you enter the location, including low level brigde underpasses on routes to insure NO DAMAGES to Truck, Fuel Scoop Wind Deflector or Pantech occurs during hire period. YOU the Hirer are responsible for ensuring safe operation of the vehicle at all times and maintaining a safe worksite under state regulations at all times whilst under the Hire Contract Agreement. IVECO PANTECH 308VRE HEIGHT = 3.4M. INSURANCE EXCESS FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT DURING THE HIRE PERIOD IS $6000.00, (The difference after repairs are complete will be invoiced and monies refunded).

"Job Time" is calculated in 15 minute increments forward. A credit card (no debit cards) will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing to debit to pay for any tolls or fines, all damages and losses of equipment up to replacement cost of equipment and any refuelling of equipment found at the end of the hire period and up to 120 days after hire period incurred by the hirer during the hire period as per the hire agreement. Credit Card transactions incur a 3.6% credit card fee on the total amount charged.
* RETURNING TRUCK - 1) Truck must be returned cleaned inside and outside washed ready for next hirer. 2) Truck refuelled within 10km radius from depot (must produce receipt). 3) All accessories refurbished as they were initially hired, being blankets folded and stack as at time of pickup, straps and trolleys stowed. 4) Equipment including truck must return undamaged and returned in the same condition as at time of hire. Fees and charges applicable as per Hire Contract schedule if 1-4 are not adhered to, see Hire Contract link at below.
* PAYMENT for DRY Hired Equipment and / or Services - As the hirer, you understand payment is to be made in full at the time of commencement of hiring the equipment. Payment including BOND must be paid in full before the hire contract can commence and before you leave the depot when picking up CHEAPaWAY Employees leave the delivery address. All costs of damages and losses are to be paid in full or arrangements made with management before you leave the depot pickup address or the CHEAPaWAY Employees can leave the delivery address. * TRUCK HIRE with "DRIVER" - The contracted "DRIVER" is contracted to you the hirer and is only to "DRIVE" the hired equipment on your behalf on your instruction / direction as per the hire contract. As the DRIVER is only to drive for you, the Hirer must arrange labour to pack, load and unload the truck at both end of the journey during the total time of the hire. The DRIVER is not to labour or work for you and if your labour stop work, leave or your labour help ceases, the hire time will continue until the DRIVER states the job is completed and all your transported items are unloaded and all Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) and accessories refurbished into the truck and the Pantech inside is clean.
The DRIVER is able to load and unload items palletised and / or boxed that can be easly moved by MHE that you the hirer have previously arranged to be done at time of booking.
"INCLUDING TRAVEL" - The hirer understand that the DRIVER contracted to DRIVE for you under this contracted and is hired from YARD TO YARD / DEPOT TO DEPOT, (term – "Including Travel" / "Plus Travel") and that the start and finish time of the "TRUCK HIRE with DRIVER" Job is from the time the truck leaves the company yard to the time the truck returns to the company yard at Peak Crossing QLD 4306 for the purpose of “travel time” for payment of fees and charges at time of signing the relevant contract.
PAYMENT - for Hired Equipment and / or Services - I the hirer understand payment is to be made in full at the time of completion of the "Truck Hire with Driver" Job when payment is requested by CHEAPaWAY Employees and must be finalized in full before the CHEAPaWAY Employees leave the Job premises or address. Payments is to be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD DEBIT ONLY. NO CHEQUES or DIRECT DEBIT is permitted on the day unless by prior arrangements with management. "Job Time" is calculated in 15 minute increments forward.

The DRIVER saves you paying bonds / insurances to hire equipment, makes the job more time / cost effective and massively reduces the risk of personal injury, equipment and property damage.

* ID - DRIVERS LICENCE is mandatory for "DINGO Hire Contract" to give our employees authority to enter your premises or job site and under your direction and excavate on your behalf. The owner of the DL must be present to sign the contract and at time of commencement of the job to show our employees where to excavate (marked clearly with ground marking paint) after contacting "dial before you dig" and looking at service plans of the job site to eliminate any services in the job site area. A credit or debit card will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing if paying by credit card at completion of job and the owner of the credit card must sign debt authority.
* DAMAGES, LOSSES AND INJURIES - YOU as the hirer are fully responsible for all damages to property, services and any injuries that occur during the hire period. You must inspect site plans and contact "dial before you dig" before you allow any excavation of the job site for service overhead and below ground. YOU are responsible for ensuring a safe work site at all times for CHEAPaWAY Employees and maintaining a safe worksite under state regulations at all times whilst you have contracted the operator under this hire contract agreement.
* "DINGO DIGGER JOBS" - At the completion of the job you will be charged, the "Travel Time (yard to yard)" plus "Job Time" this is all paid in full at the completion of the job before the operator can leave your job site.

* "INCLUDING TRAVEL" - I the hirer understand that the DINGO Truck with Operator(s) contracted to carry out work on your behalf is contracted and is hired from YARD TO YARD / DEPOT TO DEPOT, (term – "Including Travel" / "Plus Travel") and that the start and finish time of the DINGO Job is from the time the truck leaves the company yard to the time the truck returns to the company yard at Peak Crossing QLD 4306 for the purpose of “travel time” for payment of fees and charges at time of signing the relevant contract.
* DINGO HIRE - Operator, is an "OPERATOR ONLY"!
The contracted "Operator" is not paid nor covered to labour for you. You the hirer are required to arrange qualified labourers to assist if you are unable or not qualified, as and if required. Operator saves you paying bonds / insurances to hire equipment, makes the job more time / cost effective and massively reduces the risk of personal injury, equipment and property damage.
* No information from your Hire Contracts, Transport Docket or Job Sheet is used or kept for marketing or given to third parties.

A credit or debit card will be required to be added to contract details at time of signing if paying by credit card at completion of job and the owner of the credit card must sign debt authority.
* DAMAGES, LOSSES AND INJURIES - YOU as the hirer are fully responsible for all damages to property, services and any injuries that occur during the hire period. You must inspect site plans and contact "dial before you dig" before you allow any excavation of the job site for service overhead and below ground. YOU are responsible for ensuring a safe work site at all times for CHEAPaWAY Employees and maintaining a safe worksite under state regulations at all times whilst you have contracted the operator under this hire contract agreement.
* "DINGO DIGGER JOBS" - At the completion of the job you will be charged, the "Travel Time (yard to yard)" plus "Job Time" this is all paid in full at the completion of the job before the operator can leave your job site.
* FEES / CHARGES - for current pricing, please see our "DINGO & OPERATOR" page from the menu bar. This website is the master site for costing of fees and charges, other ads prices may differ but this sites costing overrules other ads and sites. Fees and charge can change without notice. "Job Time" is calculated in 15 minute increments forward. Credit Card transaction incur a 3.6% credit card fee on the total amount charged.
* PAYMENT for Hired Equipment and / or Services - I the hirer understand payment is to be made in full at the time of completion of the DINGO Job when payment is requested by CHEAPaWAY Employees and must be finalized in full before the CHEAPaWAY Employees leave the Job premises or address. Payments is to be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD DEBIT ONLY.NO CHEQUES or DIRECT DEBIT is permitted on the day unless by prior arrangements with management.
* "INCLUDING TRAVEL" - I the hirer understand that the DINGO Truck with Operator(s) contracted to carry out work on your behalf is contracted and is hired from YARD TO YARD / DEPOT TO DEPOT, (term – "Including Travel" / "Plus Travel") and that the start and finish time of the DINGO Job is from the time the truck leaves the company yard to the time the truck returns to the company yard at Peak Crossing QLD 4306 for the purpose of “travel time” for payment of fees and charges at time of signing the relevant contract.
* DINGO HIRE - Operator, is an "OPERATOR ONLY"!
The contracted "Operator" is not paid nor covered to labour for you. You the hirer are required to arrange qualified labourers to assist if you are unable or not qualified, as and if required. Operator saves you paying bonds / insurances to hire equipment, makes the job more time / cost effective and massively reduces the risk of personal injury, equipment and property damage.
* No information from your Hire Contracts, Transport Docket or Job Sheet is used or kept for marketing or given to third parties.
