From time to time this is not possible and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order if we establish that goods are out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, we will refund you in full the price paid for those unavailable goods.

  • Title to the goods purchased from CHEAPaWAY does not pass from CHEAPaWAY to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risks in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address.

  • 7.5. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
  • All goods purchased from CHEAPaWAY come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from CHEAPaWAY you can return it to us. Upon assessment, CHEAPaWAY will offer a full refund or replacement if there is major problem with the item. We may offer a repair or replacement if the problem is not major.
  • You must provide us with your proof of purchase (e.g. your CHEAPaWAY receipt, online tax invoice, credit card or bank statements). Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
  • To assist us in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to us as soon as you become aware of it.

  • 7.6. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
  • In addition to the rights and remedies available to you under law, CHEAPaWAY or the product manufacturer may provide an additional warranty. When provided, the warranty period, provisions and the company providing the warranty will be clearly specified on or inside the product packaging.   • CHEAPaWAY may send out split orders in circumstances where the closest store to the delivery address does not have in stock all products included in an order. We will send all deliveries as fast as possible but there may be a discrepancy between the time of arrival of each part of your order. Each part of a split order delivery will have a split order letter attached to inform you of the fact. CHEAPaWAY will cover any extra delivery costs associated with split orders.

  • You as a client expect to be treated with respect and dignity without abusive or aggressive behavior as do our staff. If you do not follow direction either verbal or written and don’t read something, make a mistake, order by mistake = "OWN IT".... Be mad at yourself after you leave, do not take it out on our staff at our store or on the phone.
  • By "Ordering or Purchasing” you agree that you’re aware of this Policy and if you become abusive, aggressive and or disrespectful or raise your voice where our staff feel uncomfortable in any way, you are in "Breach of Agreement".

  • Normal "Client Cancellation Policies" will apply to booking clients and take affect where your order will be cancelled, your purchase minus third party fees will be forfeited from your order or purchase and the remainder refunded back to you.
